Product Description
Solar Cell Production Line
The main material inside the solar panel is silicon, generally made of monocrystalline silicon or polycrystalline silicon. Solar panels capture sunlight and convert it into direct current, which is then turned into alternating current or direct current through electronic devices for power supply. In addition, solar panels are often equipped with inverters that can convert direct current into alternating current for use by alternating current devices.
Cleaning & Texturing: Wafers are cleaned with industrial soaps and form square-based pyramids also called texture. The texturization helps to reduce the reflection of sunlight.
Diffusion: Wafers that have been pre-droped with boron during the casting process are then given a negative(n-type) surface characteristic by diffusing them with a phosphorus source at high temperature, which in turn creats the negative/positive(n-p) junction.
Etching: Phosphorus diffuses not only into the desired wafer surface but also into the side and the opposite surface to form PN. This gives a shunt path between the cell front and rear. Removal of the path around the wafer edge/edge junction isolation is named etching.
PECVD: By PECVD equipment, the wafers are coated with anti-reflection coating(ARC). It's the blue silicion nitride film to reduce reflection and promote absorption of light.
Printing & Heating: it was adopted by printing paste with screen technology to print the electrodes of silicion solar, and form a good ohmic contact.
Testing & Sorting: It means classifying the cells according to their efficiency tested under the simulated sunlight.

Q1. What's the delivery time?
A: Within 200pcs, the delivery time is about 14 days. More quantity need check.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: Usually our payment terms is T/T 30% as deposit, and TT70% or L/C 70% at sight before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. The payment can be negociated.
Q3. What's the MOQ?
A: The Minimum order quantity is 10 pieces for each model.
Q4. What's the life time of your battery?
A: The battery designed lifetime is 5 years.
Q5. If there are defective batteries in the warranty, what's your policy to replace them?
A: Please take the photos of the broken batteries for us and tell us what happen, if everything is confirmed, the new ones will be sent to you as compensation in the next order.
Q6. Do you offer OEM service?
A: Sure, we can offer the OEM service, and the MOQ is 300 pieces for OEM models.Besides, we can make the brand and packing design.
